About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy and execution, streamlining internal release processes and collaborate to tailor messaging, packaging, and delivery of the solutions to market. You will support the product commercialization process, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Development, Partner Success and Commercial teams. You will work with product managers to improve the product offering based on the results and feedback from the marketing and sales channels. Collaboration is crucial to your success in this role as you will work across different organizations. This is a core role at the heart of all operations at the company.

Product Marketing Manager - What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Support the go-to-market product roadmap, strategy and execution of product launches: planning, messaging, packaging, working closely with Demand Generation for targeted executions.
  • Help develop value proposition and messaging frameworks and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to Spot.IM's key goals.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing to create compelling sales and marketing collateral as well as messaging and internal/external communications to drive adoption/conversion
  • Support sales enablement by developing training requirements and training on product positioning/messaging
  • Lead ongoing market and competitive analysis with Business Insights & Analytics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce thought leadership campaigns and execute/participate in events that support the business objectives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' professional experience managing marketing campaigns at an ad tech company, agency, marketer, and/or social platforms
  • Experience building and executing marketing and go-to-market plans
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to influence and motivate colleagues across cross-functional teams and in a highly matrixed environment
  • Team player, contributor and cheerleader
  • Master multitasker
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus
