The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy and product launches.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of product launch plans to their corresponding execution. You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller that uses data to inform your marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business.

  • Go-to-market Strategy & Product Launch – launch new features, capabilities and big bet products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers and salespeople
  • Product Messaging & Positioning – build product positioning, messaging and marketing strategies that win over prospects and customers, evangelize Dailypay and it’s industry-leading products to the world. Create product-related content and inform campaigns that communicate the value of the product portfolio in our customers’ language, including: website, sales collateral, webinars, conferences, in-app messaging product videos, case studies, thought leadership articles and more
  • Sales Enablement – work with the Enablement team to provide sales teams the information, content, tools and programs that help salespeople sell more effectively and close deals
  • Voice-of-the-Customer Research – build a deep understanding of our customers and Dailypay’s value proposition to the market and users; build scalable product feedback loops for your product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across feedback channels

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 5+ years of Marketing or Consulting experience
  • 2+ years of Product Marketing experience bringing products to market
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, DaaS, Payments OR B2C, B2B2C Neobanks, Consumer Finance, Credit Cards
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
  • Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
