Product Marketing Manager
As Product Marketing Manager, you are a key member of our growing Product Marketing organization and will contribute to the success of ActionIQ’s Customer Data Platform. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Demand Generation to drive product marketing activities that help grow ActionIQ’s market share within a competitive market space.
You will help to empower the strategy and execution of ActionIQ’s go-to-market initiatives, including through customer advocacy activities, creation of content supporting product positioning and industry trends, and increasing brand and product visibility through thought leadership activities. You are collaborative, communicative, and clearly versed in product and customer use cases. You possess outstanding presentation and communication skills alongside strong product and customer use case knowledge.
The Team
Marketing at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to educate the market on the value of our solution, foster deep customer relationships and generate new business opportunities. We spend our time conducting market and customer research, writing thought leadership content and finding the best pathways to conversations with prospective customers. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fast-paced, results-driven group of marketers that are passionate about taking our product to the next level of growth.
One year from now you will have
- Established direct relationships with customers and driven voice of the customer into organizational strategy, content and enablement.
- Designed & delivered unique programs and content to drive engagement among customers and extended stakeholder community of advisors, influencers, partners and more.
- Delivered product marketing assets and sales/organization enablement around buyer personas, client use cases, sales collateral, release communications and more.
Responsibilities
- Customer & Community Advocacy: Build relationships with customers and develop advocacy initiatives to deliver high-value content and generate references, testimonials and case studies
- GTM: Develop go-to-market strategy, collateral, sales material, and competitive intelligence information to enable the success of sales, success, partnerships team members
- Content: Produce and deliver high fidelity external-facing content including thought leadership, presentations, and more by partnering with internal design teams
- Presentation: Develop and present content at industry conferences, internal and external partner trainings, analyst workshops, and other events
- Demand: Work with demand generation team to develop proper messaging for campaigns and review ideas to drive lead generation activity
- Awareness: Collaborate with PR, AR, corporate marketing, and events teams on thought leadership, messaging, and product announcements to drive awareness and demand
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience developing core product marketing and go-to-market materials (marketing clouds and/or CDP a plus)
- Expertise in B2C enterprise marketing technology stack, first-party customer data and marketing use cases
- Excellent written and presentation skills, including experience in client-facing discussions
- Ability to implement and support project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
- Proven track record of distilling complex concepts and crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Hands-on ability to design and create a range of marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers and more
