About the role

We are looking for a hyper-organized marketing professional to join our Promotions and Events team. The Promotions and Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day promotional tasks, maintaining all internal calendars, and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple teams and departments. They will also be expected to attend all events throughout the year and be willing to do some light travel and event work on weekends (8-10 events per year). The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be willing to be flexible on their work schedule, and have an outgoing personality in order to engage event guests. This is a highly collaborative role that interacts with multiple departments within the company, and also has client-facing elements.

What you’ll do:

  • Promotions: Assist with all promotions, including maintaining the promotions calendar and budget, working with the Creative team on designing assets, and scheduling CRM communications
  • Merchandising: Manage on-site merchandising for all our customers, working with a variety of internal and external tools
  • Reporting & Analysis: Work with internal Analytics team on tracking and reporting for all promotions and events
  • Communications: Coordinate all communications with winners, including account details and prize fulfillments
  • Live events: Assist with all live events, including:
    • Coordinate logistics with vendors
    • Work with internal Finance and Legal teams on payments and contracts
    • Procure, assemble, and fulfill prizing
    • Day of event coordination
    • Assist FanDuel players and guests and gather feedback

Who we're looking for

  • Entry-Level position, but 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or events preferred
  • Exceptional Organizational skills as the role will deal with a multitude of projects across various departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Positive attitude and remain calm in high-stress situations
  • A clear communicator
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently to drive both efficiency and execution
  • You don’t mind working during non-traditional business hours as needed, and willing to do some travel within the US throughout the year.
  • Ability to work in our New York City offices at least 3-4 days per week.
