As Enterprise Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Alfred’s multi-family growth strategy with direct responsibility for driving expansion through property management leaders across all markets. 

How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam

  • Identify and develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs for every prospect or client assigned
  • Lead the entire sales cycle (prospecting, closing, nurturing relationships post close)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas by growing new and existing customers
  • Utilize internal CRM diligently, entering new prospects, recording all client activities, sales opportunities
  • Build strong, long-lasting, trust-based relationships with owners, managers, developers
  • Ensure successful transition to customer success team post contract signing and stay involved ongoing to help ensure customer satisfaction and grow the relationship

Who you are

  • 3+ years in SaaS software sales, including startup environments
  • Strong relationship-builder with extensive network across the residential real estate community, multifamily housing industry preferred
  • Proven track record of success in consistently achieving/exceeding quota
  • Proven track record of success working in a consultative sales capacity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a natural influencer
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
  • Team player that collaborates closely with the sales team and cross-functional team
  • Good organization and time management skills

Location

Two blocks up from Battery Park, Alfred is no more than a ten-minute walk to water south, east, and west. Our office is easy to get to with many subway lines, ferries, and the PATH within a short walk.
