Then this is the role for you. At Namely, we are looking for a Field Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing Marketing team. You will work directly with our marketing, sales, and client success teams to build out regional communities and execute targeted campaigns and events that drive bottom line results.

Responsibilities  

• Partner with the regional sales leadership team to ensure sales success
• Own all aspects of marketing and sales funnel analysis for your market, including surfacing problem areas in the funnel and reporting on the region’s success
• Plan and execute on local events to drive demand and sales support
• Build relationships with customers in your region and partner with sales to increase renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities
• Facilitate regional communities of clients, both through events and an online community, to drive product advocacy
• Partner with product marketing to produce appropriate sales and marketing materials

Requirements  

• 3+ years in marketing, and experience in demand generation, event marketing, and marketing analytics
• Engaging personality: you thrive on building personal relationships with customers and prospects
• Polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Organized and can juggle multiple projects at once
• A self starter who does not need someone telling you what to do or how to prioritize tasks
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive sales ROI
• Must enjoy creating new processes and programs to support rapid business growth
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
• Experience with Salesforce, Influitive, and HubSpot is plus
