We are currently looking for a talented Global Press & Communications Manager to help tell the story of Mogul.

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of Mogul’s brand and mission, and use this knowledge to create compelling storylines for every aspect of our brand.

• Act as our official communication and press expert, and manage an end-to-end publication process to raise awareness of our brand & mission, as well as our position as an industry leader as well as our product launches.

• Create a thought leadership program for the organization by pursuing strategic awards and speaking opportunities for our leadership team.

• Support our Marketing team to create content marketing materials, such as building our Best Workplaces Lists and collaborating with partners on whitepapers.

• Build and maintain relationships with various bloggers, reporters, website owners, and influencers to promote Mogul’s mission.

• Manage and refine our existing outreach database by conducting research, monitoring competitor news, participating in brainstorm sessions, and proactively suggesting new ideas to increase awareness and brand love.

You may be a fit for this role if you: 

• Have 3+ years experience in public relations - if you don’t have 3+ years, there is always a way to change our mind!

• Know where to turn or who to reach out to in order to best tell Mogul’s story

• Enjoy finding new ways and places to share our mission

• Love writing and editing, and have live writing samples  - the more the merrier!  

• Enjoy operating out of your comfort zone, and are comfortable in a small team, intense and high-growth startup environment

• But most of all, you make things happen whether it's brainstorming new public relations opportunities, learning a new skill, or creating a critical communications strategy
