We’re looking for an amazing marketer to help dream big and build out our event and retail program. Are you a smart, ambitious, self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution? Do you have experience in the world of retail, events and enjoy using marketing to optimize the customer journey ? Will you thrive in creating events from exclusive dinners to tradeshows to help strengthen relationships throughout the pipeline? And most importantly can you adapt to change, be proactive and a fun team player.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with merchants to optimize the entire in store customer journey
  • Create and distribute training material for store associates
  • Work with merchants and QuadPay account management and product teams to optimize the in store customer journey
  • Coordinate all the co-marketing activities across social, email, web, paid and other
  • Manage all aspects of owned event coordination including: strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and F&B, & logistics
  • Create sponsored event strategy and align with sales to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time

You Should Have:

  • Proven track record of planning and executing events
  • Experience in retail marketing - both digital and in store
  • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills
  • Works both strategically and in hands-on fashion
  • Deep understanding of retailer processes and sales methodologyExcels at communicating cross-functionally, across marketing, product, sales and with senior management
  • Data driven, can dive into metrics, understand KPIs and report on success
  • Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

Who You Are:

  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent track record of driving highly integrated omnichannel marketing programs
  • High attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of related marketing and retail experience 
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Confident with a dynamic personality

Our office is located in the beautiful Flatiron neighborhood of New York City and is half a block from Madison Square Park!
