Job Description:

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Retention & Growth Marketing leader with strong analytical skills, practical business experience, and an ambition to have a significant impact on growing our business. The right candidate will have a desire to team with Account Management, Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance/Analytics teams to drive customer retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable working collaboratively with Account Management Leadership to drive campaign management, account management enablement, and overall customer satisfaction and engagement.

Here’s How You’ll Make A Difference:

Campaign Management

  • Research, select and implement sales engagement software to programmatically manage cadences with customers, particularly the long-tail
  • Segment customer base into relevant groupings to serve up the most appropriate content to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Disseminate relevant content that reinforces the Neustar solution value proposition and establishes Neustar as a thought leader in the solutions we provide
  • Develop and execute specific “at-risk” customer marketing cadences and action plans
  • Develop and execute low usage activation cadences and action plans

Account Management Enablement

  • Enhance the new customer onboarding process with structured touch-points and product training to maximize solution value for the customer
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell tools for account managers, including likely land and expand pathways, use cases and relevant case studies that are specific to each industry
  • Partner with the training organization to develop curriculum as required for account managers

Other Customer Satisfaction and Engagement

  • Drive consistent CSAT and NPS collection, tracking, continuous feedback loop, and action plans
  • Develop a database of customers who agree to be references, and segment by industry need and use case for Account Managers and Sales from which to request references
  • Provide support for the Customer Advisory Board as needed

The Fine Print:

  • 10+ years’ experience in business development, sales enablement and/or campaign management
  • Prior experience working in a data driven identity solutions business
  • Proven track record of initiating and closing partnership deals
  • Four-year accredited college degree required
