Revenue Operations Associate

SevenFifty is on a mission to power a connected alcohol supply chain by leveraging the nation's largest network of producers, distributors, importers, retailers, and restaurants. We are uniquely equipped to lead the charge of a full-blown digital transformation by utilizing our comprehensive database of wines, beers, and spirits and making it accessible through a SaaS-enabled marketplace.

We are at a growth inflection point and are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to work alongside our marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to help us scale to new levels and help drive our sales engine forward. In this role, you will learn how the intersection of data and our go-to-market tech stack will create the foundation for our account-based strategy and fuel our Supplier Sales Team’s pipeline (think US-based wineries, breweries, distilleries, and importers). You will be a key player in providing our sellers with information about their supplier prospects to have a better understanding of who to reach out to and when the time is right. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Build a market map by learning the ins and outs of the beverage alcohol industry by creating a picture of what a sales qualified account is
  • Work with large data sets to ensure account hierarchy accuracy 
  • Search, complete, and scrub account information in order to give our Supplier Sales Team accurate and up to date prospect details
  • Manage our duplicate process and confirm the data entering our systems is clean
  • Reach and exceed weekly lead gen goals
  • Create and manage strategic reports on key metrics related to our account data like demo conversion rate and demo velocity
  • Learn the ins and outs of a go-to-market tech stack — think HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more
  • Participate in building out how our tech stack is implemented and how it evolves over time

You’ll have:

  • 1-2 years work experience in operations, sales development or project coordination
  • Familiar with SaaS and B2B sales and marketing processes
  • Experience in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
  • An eye for detail and data cleanliness
  • CRM experience a nice to have
  • Ability to work in a remote environment successfully (e.g. you have a space suitable for day-to-day work from home).
