The Sales Content team at Pinterest is seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Content Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, you’ll lead the development of world-class collateral that brings Pinterest’s differentiated story to life and empowers our sales teams to drive partnership growth with advertisers. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other high-impact teams, such as Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end process and development of content for two work streams that support our global sales teams’ highest priorities
  • Act as the primary liaison between a cross-functional team of subject matter experts, marketers, project managers, writers and designers
  • Be responsible for crafting and packaging narratives that are clear, actionable and scalable across audiences
  • Oversee the briefing process between subject matter experts, writers and designers, and hold the team and work to a high standard and accountability throughout the process
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations on what assets to develop based on the initiative, audience and seasonality
  • Coordinate an asset distribution plan and any necessary training in partnership with the Sales Enablement team
  • Develop and maintain a reporting system and feedback loop to track the adoption and impact of the content developed for your primary work streams
  • Provide forward-looking and regular updates to peers across the organization to ensure coordination across timing, messaging and design

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in publishing, technology, software or agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong balance of storytelling, project management and marketing strategy skills
  • A deep understanding of supporting a sales organization, including a point-of-view on what makes high-quality and actionable collateral
  • Willingness to travel on occasion, but will be limited
