ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Seasonal Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be an important member of a cross-departmental team, focused on scaling our digital advertising efforts on Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and endless experimentation.

ABOUT YOU

This position is ideal for someone who is a highly organized and eager to learn or develop digital marketing skills. You’ll coordinate the efforts of creative and marketing team members, taking ownership of the tactical responsibilities required to execute a strategic plan. The day-to-day requires a high level of organization and working directly with data, as well as an increasing opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy as you gain exposure to the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with creative and marketing team members, coordinating copy, design and audience targeting to set up online ads on Facebook, Pinterest, and other online platforms
  • Ensure accuracy of ad-set up, track budgets, and provide daily status updates
  • Execute weekly social media reports
  • Provide recommendations on necessary tool set to measure advertising effectiveness and to drive insights
  • Creatively find new ways to implement and expand upon the ad creation and structure.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an insatiable appetite for learning
  • Beginner to Moderate Excel experience (or a desire to learn!)
  • An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics design experience is not required)
  • A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards
  • A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor or equivalent, including bulk upload is a plus, but not at all necessary
