As the Paid Search Coordinator you will work closely with the SEM Director to implement Paid Search campaigns and drive customer acquisition.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with planning, forecasting, reporting, and campaign management of large-scale paid search efforts across all our full portfolio
  • Monitor spend and performance to report on the effectiveness of SEM campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Analytics/Measurement and Business Analyst teams to investigate performance trends, validate data, and understand how paid search is affecting our conversion funnel
  • Recommend strategies and execute tactics for scaling and optimizing our paid search campaigns


What you will need

  • 1-2 years of experience in a performance/growth marketing function such as paid media, marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience in a data-driven marketing function, either at an agency or in-house
  • Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets to build reports and produce insights
  • Exposure to programmatic media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, etc.
  • Able to structure communication for stakeholders of multiple levels
  • Ability to both iterate on existing processes as well as identify opportunities to build out new tools and processes
  • Have energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment
  • Eagerness to define how this is done for a new business in the US
  • Excited about the opportunity to launch and grow a significant business in a new sector

Essential Job Functions:
