The Senior Analyst, Product & Marketing here at Snappy will be responsible for analysing performance marketing, UX and customer behaviour in order to identify growth and optimisation opportunities. Working closely with the head of acquisition, CRM, product, finance & sales, you will provide insights into the end-to-end customer journey that will drive our growth strategy and ensure we are delivering world class experiences at scale.

You will:

  • Manage & use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Fullstory and other marketing/product analytics platforms to identify optimisation opportunities and drive change through weekly/monthly reporting & adhoc projects
  • Work with Product & R&D to ensure strong instrumentation & tagging throughout the user journey, and identifying UX optimisation opportunities
  • Work with Sales to define & profile target customer segments to inform customer acquisition & ADR teams
  • Analyse existing customers and their usage patterns to identify CRM and personalisation opportunities
  • Support product/feature launches with customer insights and trends for product marketing and campaigns
  • Tackle exciting adhoc projects as they pop up

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical or engineering discipline
  • +3 years as a marketing analyst, product analyst, sales analyst, web developer and/or strong evidence of analytics experience
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools such as Mixpanel, FullStory, Tableau, Grow.com or equivalents
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python/Amazon Redshift/Quicksight and strong interest in database management and CRM
  • A deep sense of ownership and commitment that enables you to identify insights and drive outcomes from them
