WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Senior Campaign Manager, Product Marketing is a results-oriented marketer who will own campaign planning and execution for product launches. S/he will work with teams across advertising, events, search, social media, branding, and partnerships. With direct oversight of campaigns, you will possess broad understanding the product, developing a strategy, then planning, project managing, executing and measuring the campaign. You will execute award-winning campaigns that compel our clients to adopt our products and gain awareness in the industry for our innovative technology.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build and launch global 360 product marketing campaigns with measurable impact; develop the strategy, KPIs and plans, ensure coordinated execution
  • Brief the internal or external creative agencies to deliver differentiating and compelling campaign materials
  • Collaborate with client services, trading, sales and marketing teams globally to ensure we’re keeping all functions informed while considering local market nuance
  • Understand and dive into the value propositions of various products and create a campaign strategy that results in awareness and adoption
  • Lead the marketing team globally to hit a campaign launch date; inspiring everyone to contribute at their highest capability
  • Dig into the details while maintaining a high-level outlook on progress and strategy
  • Foster a culture of constant learning and improvement, bringing and supporting new ideas and instill best practices across the team
  • Orient the team around results and operate with clear measurement and goals

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Strategic capability and the desire to see your strategy through to the end.
  • The ability to dive deep into the campaign details to guide your team, but also execute big picture strategy.
  • Love for developing original ideas and inspiring a team to execute them with you.
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience and a bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter, strategic thinker and inventive marketer
  • Proven experience building, leading and executing 360 campaigns
  • Able to build consensus across peers and leadership
  • Creative approach to solving problems
  • Willing to take calculated risks that support business goals
  • Make a positive contribution to the company and culture
