We are looking for an innovative, driven Senior Designer who is passionate about design and storytelling.

If you join Blink, you will:

• Skillfully communicate our visual identity to the world and cohesively evolve and apply our brand across print, social media, digital and web platforms.

• Provide brand design strategy, tactics, and tools that substantively and functionally support company growth.

• Establish design criteria and articulate ideas verbally and visually to multidisciplinary teams and leadership.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Have 6+ years total experience in print and digital, including at least 2 years experience at a design studio or advertising agency (or in-house agency).

• Have a degree in Graphic Design, or a related subject. Equipped with a strong foundation in typography, composition, color, hierarchy, etc.

• Are a problem solver possessing strong, inventive approach to finding design solutions. Prepared to work iteratively and often in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping towards a solution. Able to successfully prioritize and multi-task to calmly complete projects with aggressive timelines.

• Are a team player with service-oriented attitude of “user first”.

• Are a self-starter with a flexible and proactive working style and strong personal ownership. Able to exercise independent judgement when collaborating within team.

• Have expert competency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong illustration, graphic design and animation skills. Front-end development knowledge (CSS/HTML5), CMS, Keynote, video editing, a big plus.
