How Does This Position Help VTS Succeed?
As Senior Director of Integrated Marketing Services, you will lead the marketing strategy services team, owning the strategic and ideation process to bring our clients’ (top commercial real estate landlords in North America) experiences to life for their consumers (tenants). This is a rapidly growing area in commercial real estate and a unique opportunity for an experienced, results-driven integrated marketer.
You will collaborate with internal creative, events, and marketing communication teams to strategize and produce compelling experiences and playbooks that help our landlord clients activate, engage, and delight their consumer occupants. Reporting into the SVP of Marketing, you’ll build out a team of marketers and content creators. CRE experience is not needed - you might be an expert in beauty, retail, media, or other creative and brand-centric industries.
The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and adaptable. You are both a consumer marketer and you love working with clients.
What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Ideate, plan, manage and work with the execution teams across clients’ portfolio of properties including content creation, in-person, and virtual experiential event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, and more
- Activate & optimize marketing channels including email, in-app notifications, events, etc.
- Develop yearly and quarterly programming that supports the client’s goals for tenant engagement
- In conjunction with the events director, strategize and manage the execution of all events
- Collaborate closely with clients to define plans, objectives, and goals
- Utilize data to optimize programs and playbooks for app adoption and engagement
- Effectively manage marketing program budgets, timelines, and identify vendors to partner with.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry leaders, production partners, and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends to help identify new program offerings
- Work closely with the community management teams who will execute your ideas onsite
- Grow and manage a team of client partner marketers
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 8+ years qualifying experience in integrated marketing either at a publisher or in at a marketing agency
- Multi-channel marketing experience on and offline
- CRE experience is not a requirement
- Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Next-level attention to detail; ability to project manage
- Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting
- A great team leader and manager
- Solutions-oriented and client-focused
