Yotpo’s Sr. Director of Marketing will take on the impactful and essential task of scaling our Mid-Market business (with revenues of $50M to $1B) by implementing and directing proven strategies such as Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing. This leader will accomplish this feat through the management and continued hiring of a global marketing team, with a keen focus on strengthening the cohesion of sales and marketing objectives and goals.

The Role:

  • Formulate, execute and measure a marketing strategy focused on scaling our mid-market business through your partnership with sales leadership
  • Build a machine-like demand generation strategy supported by email, paid, field marketing and account based marketing to create and accelerate a qualified sales pipeline
  • Provide hands-on support when critical organizational gaps and/or mission critical deliverables are identified
  • Implement and continually strengthen a global strategy that aligns growth aspirations and execution cross-departmentally
  • Leverage channel partners such as brand/communications, partner, product and customer marketing teams as strategic inputs and revenue driving functions
  • Leverage earned, owned and paid media for persona based content strategy
  • Lead, coach and deepen global talent as we build out a world class marketing team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably of a global and/or diverse team
  • 4+ years experience as a marketing manager at a B2B company, preferably within SaaS
  • Previous conception and execution of proven demand generation and account-based field marketing for Mid-Market and/or Enterprise companies
  • Proven success in budgeting, selecting, planning for, attending and driving results through conferences and local events
  • Experience working in tandem with sales teams and assisting with pitches, email cadence, content creation and processes
  • Experience creating and presenting KPI’s, and resulting business wins and challenges, for cross-functional and executive teams
  • Experience working with sales operations, data analysis teams and tooling such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • A valid U.S. work authorization
