Talent Attraction is at the forefront of the explosive growth and excitement at Paxos. Our function will enable the organization to hire over 400 of the best and brightest people this year! We will do this while collaborating in daily stand-ups with the Talent Acquisition team and celebrating each other’s wins - no matter the size. 

As a Senior Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll get to: 

• Lead storytelling of the global Paxos employer brand on social media, employee blogs, job postings, recruitment messages, candidate collateral and our career site
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and Paxonians all over the world to understand what excites them about the Paxos mission, values and culture
• Be the subject matter expert with our Talent Acquisition team members as you build out organic and paid recruitment marketing campaigns to attract the world’s greatest minds
• Partner with our Talent Attraction Manager, Communication Director and in-house Visual Designer to ensure all employer brand content is visually appealing, aligned with our overall brand voice and meets all Paxos brand standards
• Proactively recommend and drive improvements that positively impact the candidate experience
• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

• 5+ years of employer branding and/or recruitment marketing experience as a full-time employee or consultant
• Understanding and interest in utilizing various new and existing digital channels to attract top talent around the world

You might also have: 

• Previous work experience curating content for employee blogs, social media channels and recruiting events
• Previous work experience managing recruitment advertisements on channels like LinkedIn, Twitter and Reddit
• Expertise in shaping an employer brand as a company scales
• Background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Knowledge of what makes a successful recruitment marketing campaign in Gem or other CRM tools
• Passion for diversity and ideas on how to make the candidate experience more inclusive 
• Worked in a high-growth startup environment
