The Role:

The Senior Engagement Marketing Associate is a growth marketing specialist for DailyPay’s user communications product. Reporting to the Manager of User Engagement, the role is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle/transactional communications across email/sms/push. The role will help drive Adoption, reduce support tickets, and improve the user experience. This is a hands-on and operational role to determine strategy, tactics and implementation.

The ideal candidate has a user acquisition or data-driven growth/marketing background with very strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires high proficiency with communications, analytics and reporting tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage and implement all lifecycle/transactional user communications (email, SMS, push notifications) using Iterable
  • Take over ownership of all lifecycle messaging we currently have in market
  • Own creation, execution, and prioritization of new lifecycle messaging
  • Prepare data reports and analysis of lifecycle messaging results used by departments across the company
  • Work with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to support the business with everything they need to generate value from lifecycle messaging
  • Be the subject matter expert for DailyPay growth lifecycle messaging and act as a growth evangelist internally and externally

What You Will Bring To The Team:

  • 2-5 years experience in growth marketing, preferably from a tech and/or finance company
  • Experience managing and executing user communications 
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate the efforts of a diverse range of business stakeholders
  • Ability to think holistically about growth strategy, and prioritize daily workflows accordingly
  • Experience using Iterable communications platform a huge plus
