Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are adding to the Growth Marketing team at Smartly.io and are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join us!
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will support Smartly.io on campaign planning and execution to ensure that lead generation strategies adhere to best practices, align to the goals and interests of our target audiences, and achieve desired business outcomes critical metrics.
You will also have the opportunity to work with team members to architect full funnel demand generation, and facilitate collaborative commercial and marketing initiatives. You will drive growth initiatives, lead cross-organization networks and accelerate digital transformation! Use your experience and knowledge to deliver analytics and metrics, nurture campaigns, and deliver MQL/SQL goals.
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Smartly.io you will…
- Will deliver channel strategy and GTM campaigns that will achieve revenue goals in a cost-effective way
- Collaborate with regional marketing to build lead gen and account based marketing programs that support business goals
- Provide recommendations for campaign design that improve both performance (such as CTR and conversion) and well as impact (engagement and MQL creation)
- Optimize the acquisition funnel and lead nurturing processes through paid social, organic and paid search, email webinars, content and social media and sponsorships
- Deliver world-class reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track metrics, develop dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Partner with performance marketing to optimize integration of paid acquisition programs into campaigns
- Create and advise on ABM campaigns as well as run segmented inbound and outbound campaigns
- Work with content marketing to help inform content strategy, develop campaign specific messaging and align demand generation programs with ongoing copywriting initiatives.
We are looking for...
- 8+ years of B2B experience in tech companies (preferably SaaS products)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to focus on customer needs and prioritize relevant messaging
- Strong analytical skills necessary to gather key business/user insights and apply data driven metrics to drive strong campaigns
- Experience with webinar platforms and event management support
- Ability to take B2B/B2C experience and translated into customer centric buyer journeys
- Experience with marketing automation systems, especially Hubspot/Marketo
- Strong understanding of content strategy and latest content best practices
- Experience with audience segmentation and activating ABM
- Experience planning and implementing multi-touch campaigns, including off-to-on and on-to-offline campaigns, nurture programs, and various types of paid acquisition programs
