What this role is about: 

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will make a notable impact as they manage a large scope and one of the company’s top initiatives. This role will own a marketing budget and test/drive acquisition and adoption of our products through a variety of marketing channels and tactics including email, paid digital and social media marketing.

This is a highly cross-functional position, working alongside Sales, Strategy, Operations, Data Science, and other business partners. Our ideal candidate has expertise in B2B Digital Marketing, funnel optimization, and monetization. If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves, make an immediate impact and be a high-visibility marketer within the organization, this role might be for you!

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage a marketing budget and drive acquisition growth for RapidSOS’s products. You will own a performance target and lead the strategy, marketing channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign execution.

  • Ensure high quality and timely demand and lead generation execution across all marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: search engine marketing, search engine optimization, website, paid & organic social, webinars, paid digital, and email.

  • Guide high-converting lead gen content strategies, including webinars, emails, etc and spearhead landing page A/B testing.

  • Lead all website search engine optimization efforts

  • Guide content strategy for email, social, landing pages and other channels

  • Manage and own the entire lifecycle of a campaign. Determine the key metrics/KPIs to focus on for tracking growth and own reporting of marketing impact. Build a clear understanding of lead generation goals, success metrics and impact across the organization

  • Develop, optimize and maintain key marketing systems (Hubspot, WordPress, Salesforce) including the development and expansion of lead capture, scoring and nurturing

  • Maintain a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance

  • Manage partnerships with Sales, Product, PR, leadership, and agency teams to ensure an integrated, multi-channel lead generation approach 

What we’d like to see in our ideal candidate: 

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in a B2B lead generation role, ideally at an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company 

  • 2+ yrs management experience 

  • 5+ years LinkedIn advertising experience 

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales tools, including; Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics and other data tracking and analysis tools required 

  • Analytical, data-driven marketer capable of listening to customers and their data, you enjoy diving into the numbers to test, learn, and optimize 

  • A proven DO-er who has led successful B2B demand & lead generation strategies and campaigns with demonstrable results that drive business performance

  • Successful self-starter that is resourceful and resilient who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
