KPIs you’ll own & drive: Pipeline | Demand Generation | New Solutions Go-to-Market success & adoption | Customer lifetime value
You’ll be the go-to person for
- Partnering with Product & Go-to-Market Strategy to understand the new personas for our new solutions, matching their unique pain points to the unique solution we can offer them; defining & building these target audiences in Marketo & Clearbit.
- Delivering poignant, timely messaging through different channels – primarily through email via Marketo, but also providing strategy on paid ads, direct buys, and other digital channels. *Bonus points if you have a knack for conversion copywriting!
- Developing A/B tests and iterating quickly on messaging, reporting on their efficacy in real-time to the team, and extracting larger themes & findings to share across executive leadership.
- Partnering with Brand Marketing to ensure our Growth and Brand initiatives compliment each other.
- Identifying whitespace in our content & creative assets to support new messaging.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to define the roadmap for the customer journey to increase time to SAL & CLV.
Get experience with
- Owning projects from ideation to execution from your own creations to senior executive requests
- Reporting and data visualization through Salesforce & Tableau
- Sales ops & GTM to ensure sales campaigns are aligned with marketing outbound campaigns
- Designing & building out automated flows for inbound leads (Marketo, Drift, SalesLoft)
- Manage internal relationships & conversation loops with leadership, creative team, product marketing, etc.
- Competitive research
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree or similar college level educationÂ
- 3-5 years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) *Marketo preferred and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) *Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
