ABOUT THE NEW VTS MARKETPLACE (truva.com)
Over 60% of the US class A office space is already managed using the VTS leasing platform, and it is by far the #1 choice of commercial landlords and agents in the US. The VTS marketplace will integrate with the VTS leasing platform and will be the commercial real estate industry’s first marketplace where tenants can search and lease space with VTS’s Landlord and broker clients online.
Truva will attract and engage tenants and tenant rep brokers in every market to ucover space that will work for them or their clients. Unlike existing listing sites, the VTS marketplace will enable both landlords and brokers to dramatically improve the marketing and leasing of spaces by automating both the listing and leasing process, and will provide tenants with the most accurate and thorough listings in US’ top markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing for VTS - Truva will lead the strategy for our engagement and lifecycle efforts for the marketplace, with the goal of delivering multi-channel, personalized strategies to both sides of the marketplace from onboarding, engagement through conversion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Determine the vision, set the strategy for lifecycle marketing to launch and scale Truva, the marketplace, using all marketing channels including email, SMS, content, in-app, web, etc.
- Build segments, communication flows, rules, triggers and analyze KPIs related to new user growth, activity, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop, test, analyze and optimize channel marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transactional messaging and marketing campaigns
- Optimize the funnel
- Define goals and key results for channel experiences including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate as well as specific goals around individual campaigns
- Be a passionate advocate of the tenant and tenant broker’s experience while also understanding how to connect that to the landlord and their broker throughout the tenant’s lifecycle
- Build and refine user/funnel segments for triggers and campaigns based on evaluation of key metrics including engagement, conversion, retention, and other metrics
- Monitor competitive marketplaces, understand industry trends and how they translate to commercial real estate
ABOUT YOU
- You are a strategic thinker and have the ability to understand the story of the tenant and tenant broker
- You can translate quantitative & qualitative consumer data/insights into a strong marketing strategy and communicate the insights to others in the organization
- You are experienced with channel testing methodology and optimization and lifecycle marketing programs, understanding trends and finding ways to drive growth
- You can edit email HTML and have an eye for quality email copy and design
- You have expertise in ESP/CRM and marketing automation platforms
- You have strong data visualization skills and can effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business
- You understand the consumer mindset across the lifecycle and are dedicated to great consumer experiences
- You take ownership, collaborate well cross-functionally and have a high level of accountability in both independent and team initiatives
- You have strong project management skills including ideation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
- You can actively manage contact list - size, health, data collected and target segments to create relevant and engaging campaigns for customers
- You have experience defining success metrics and delivering on critical KPI targets with a drive for results
- You have 6-8+years of marketing experience in all aspects of customer lifecycle management (CRM, email marketing, mobile marketing, customer insights) including building strategic roadmaps, multi-channel initiatives, personalized trigger campaigns, and customer segmentation
