Senior Manager, Demand Generation, Flatiron HC

What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll have oversight of key marketing initiatives and tactics that lead to demand generation at the top of the funnel and ultimately sales support activities through the bottom of the funnel. You will collaborate with colleagues in Product Marketing and Sales / Account Management to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs and campaigns that utilize inbound and outbound strategies and tactics to build awareness, create pipeline, nurture leads and drive overall revenue growth within healthcare organizations and physician group practices. These campaigns will differentiate and articulate that Flatiron isn’t just the leading cancer-specific EHR, it’s the platform for better patient experience, a healthier practice, and smarter research.
In addition, you'll also:
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
- Partner with Marketing Operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database
- Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)
- Further define and scale ABM and lead nurturing campaigns based on target buyer personas and real-time measurement based on lead quality and conversion.
- Own campaign/program tracking, communication of program reporting and ROI in partnership closely with sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams
- Instill a reporting and communication cadence, while building a clear understanding of demand gen goals, campaign and channel metrics and ROI across the organization.
- Translate our revenue and pipeline goals into demand generation targets (including # of qualified opportunities, # of meetings, pipeline acceleration and close-won revenue).
- Management of all inbound and outbound demand generation channels, such as email, website, digital advertising, SEO, virtual events and more.
- This position reports to the Director / Senior Director, Growth Marketing - Flatiron HC.
Who You Are
You're a self-starter with 6+ years (Senior Manager) of experience working with sales, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, marketing teams. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
- You have a level of expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.
- You have strong analytical skills to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- You have deep understanding of optimization requirements at different stages of the funnel
- You have in depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems, experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a strong asset
- You have strong project management skills are self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
