The Digital Content Marketing Manager will closely collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success team to create, manage, and publish digital content. This content will be leveraged in marketing, sales, and social media programs.

The Role:

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and product various types of content, both short and long form, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

The Digital Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the entire content marketing strategy, from working cross functionally with other teams to identify opportunities and gaps through production, publishing, and tracking success. The focus for this position is both short-form digital content and will also touch long-form content such white papers, analyst, reports, case studies, etc.

The ideal candidate should have a history of working in cross functional positions and be familiar with demand generation, web analytics, sales funnels, SEO, and social media marketing. This position requires a brand publisher mindset with a focus on creating content our target audience is looking for and then optimizing the user path to conversion.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and custom retention
  • Work crossfunctionaly with marketing, sales, and custom success teams to identify content creation opportunities that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales, and other key stakeholders to produce both short and long form content (examples include blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
  • Translate existing long form content into top-of-funnel pieces
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics

Your Skills:

  • BA/BS or relevant work experience in B2B digital marketing organizations
  • Flexibility to proactively take on assignments and responsibilities
  • Experience creating content for digital consumption and web
  • Strong written communication skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with digital CMS platforms (Craft, Wordpress, etc.), Google Analytics, and social media channels
  • Project management skills to move content efficiently from ideation to production
  • Demonstrated success working on cross functional teams
