The Senior Manager of Growth for Ro Pharmacy is a new role within Ro that will focus on crafting and executing comprehensive growth and marketing strategies that will accelerate the expansion of the Ro Pharmacy business through acquisition efforts across both paid and owned marketing channels. The role will be equal parts growth and marketing strategy.
Reporting to the GM of Ro Pharmacy, this individual will be responsible for developing the full go-to-market strategy for the Ro Pharmacy business in close coordination with peers across the Growth, Product, and Marketing Ro teams.
This individual will drive the strategy and execution of Ro Pharmacy acquisition efforts via SEM, SEO, paid social and other channels, and they will ensure the Ro Pharmacy consumer experience is optimized for conversion in addition to an optimal patient experience. This position will require close collaboration with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering colleagues within the Ro Pharmacy and broader collaboration across the Growth, Marketing, Legal, Data, and Ops teams of Ro.
What You'll Do:
- Own Ro Pharmacy growth marketing budget and marketing KPI's, including CAC, acquisition campaigns, social media campaigns, SEM, CRM, and physician marketing channels
- Create campaigns to drive awareness, product/feature discovery, new customer conversion, growth, and engagement
- Develop plans, tracking, and budget allocation across campaigns/channels
- Participate in revenue forecasting and goal setting
- Meet financial objectives by preparing budgets, ongoing forecasting, and results analysis
- Customer-centric - understand the target audiences completely
- Quickly innovate and run test and learn strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implement continuous improvements to scale the most effective programs
- Represent customer POV to inform product marketing and product development roadmaps
- Manage external agency relationships for managing media spend
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 5-9 years of Marketing experience in consumer products
- A demonstrated portfolio of lifecycle marketing campaigns with demonstrated success growing customer acquisition and retention
- Experience working successfully in matrixed organizations
- Experience driving customer inputs into product, feature, and function priorities
- Experience driving targeted and well-measured marketing campaigns
- Ability to quickly absorb key insights to drive marketing investment decision making
- Demonstrated ability to create insightful ad campaigns and measure performance to hit KPI's
- Strong analytical skills - ability to use data to develop, validate, and measure marketing programs
- Experience in managing Brand and Product marketing budgets in Brand marketing, Product Marketing, a creative agency or media industry
- Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution and performance
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
