WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help deliver and grow the CIO Data Advisory Practice
    • Work with EPAM practice leader to deliver CMO (Marketing & Sales) Data Strategy, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML technologies, and Data Monetization offerings
    • Knowledgeable of end-to-end go to market and delivery of service offerings in Marketing Analytics, Enterprise Data Strategy, and Data monetization
    • Proactively develop expertise with best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions that will contribute or drive our customers
  • Deliver Value for EPAM Clients
    • Enable client business and technology leaders and their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process and technology mindset to business alignment, technology strategy and technology tactics in Marketing Analytics using Advanced Analytics, AI & Machine Learning models
    • Partner with EPAM's client relationship owners to continually improve client and EPAM outcomes
    • Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships
    • Leads projects for detailed analysis and documentation work required for marketing & enterprise data strategy consulting assignments. This could include, but is not limited to, Data Strategy & Monetization, Customer Data Platforms, Unified Customer 360 views, enabling capabilities such as Recommendation Engines, Dynamic Pricing, Next Best Action, Cloud migration/operation, current state assessments and future state design, enterprise data management & governance, data risk and change management methodology, reference architectures, and continuous improvement processes and metrics
  • Architect, Sell Value-Added and Deliver Solutions
    • Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, account management and delivery teams to create distinct and valuable customer centric solutions
    • Work with sales and account management leadership to target clients with high potential to benefit from Marketing Analytics and Data Strategy Advisory Services, Advanced Analytics and Monetization Services
    • Engage with clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect viable and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
    • Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added services and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on these opportunities


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Data & Advanced Analytics Strategy Consulting
  • Hands on experience in conducting data strategy assessments, developing roadmaps and implementation of Customer Data Platform, Unified Customer 360 views
  • Hands on experience in enabling advanced analytics use cases such as dynamic pricing, recommendation engines, next best action and more
  • Experience leading and supporting pursuits in an environment comprised of a dedicated sales team, account relationship owners and delivery teams
  • Expected to have an excellent understanding of consultancy assignment management processes and consultancy deliverables and have strong solutioning capabilities across the data landscape specially in marketing and sales functions at large Tier 1 organizations
  • Has a deep understanding marketing analytics use cases, two primary technologies and good understanding of 4-5 additional technology areas. Can lead required strategy assessment, technology architecture, design & strategy execution work
  • Has a wide network of senior technology professionals and is well known to a number of clients/potential clients. Uses network to seek opportunities, regularly recommends quality consulting staff

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
