Pager is hiring a Senior Manager of Marketing and Engagement to drive successful acquisition, onboarding and engagement of our continually growing patient base. You will develop customer growth/acquisition strategies and communicate with patients throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with external partner organizations to understand their specific priorities, you will develop a strategy to drive patient interaction and add value to the patient experience.

MUST HAVES

  • Design successful growth and acquisition strategy to optimize each user's experience
  • Develop and implement a scalable client success structure
  • Create and execute strategies for engaging our audience in order to drive repeat encounters and encourage trial of new products and services
  • Inform product roadmap to drive engagement at all points of the customer lifecycle
  • Work with design and engineering to create high-performing engagement campaigns using email, push notifications, social media and any other relevant channels
  • Manage design and implementation of new CRM capabilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to product manage our website Pager.com
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret data for engagement features focused on member behavior change, ensuring that engagement techniques leverage the best practices in consumer marketing
  • Guides business analysis and measurement of all consumer engagement programs to drive continuous improvement and positive ROI from all aspects of the consumer engagement mix.
  • Builds deeper capabilities in each critical area of consumer engagement with attention to digital space in particular.
  • Identifies and provides specifications for opportunities to enhance the consumer engagement capabilities of the Page

NICE TO HAVES

  • 7-10+ years of digital marketing experience focused on acquisition, growth, engagement, retention and product marketing.
  • Experience working with highly entrepreneurial, hyper-growth organizations is a plus.
  • Experience creating and launching email campaigns using a leading ESP such as ExactTarget, Responsys, CheetahMail, Campaign Monitor, or similar platform.
  • Experience building, leading and scaling teams from the ground up - preferably in a high-tech, healthcare-focused growth organization.
  • Experience driving high customer retention and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with AlB Testing, database management and CRM tools.
  • Deep mobile marketing and product expertise.
  • Known for bold ideas, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment while functioning effectively during change and growth.
  • Results oriented, highly strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Inspirational leader who can lift a team to achieve their highest potential.
  • Can effectively communicate results, synthesizing data into insights, trends and action.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare software domain preferred, experience in care coordination/care management/population health strongly preferred.
