How Does This Position Help VTS Succeed?
In commercial real estate, property owners want to build deeper relationships with their customers, the tenants. Historically, that hasn’t been easy for them to do and to ultimately understand what tenants need and what amenities they should invest in (a new lobby vs a gym in the building). VTS, as the leading proptech company, partners with the most influential owners in the world to help build these deeper connections through our software, proprietary data, and expertise.
We are looking for someone who has developed processes for high-growth marketing organizations with exceptional strategic problem-solving skills and an ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders. This role will oversee tenant and tenant-related marketing operations, particularly around the tenant engagement app.
You will oversee marketing processes, marketing data analysis, enablement of integrated marketing campaigns, and determine the marketing technology stack for tenant engagement. You are a growth driver, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by whitespace opportunities.
What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Work with marketers to ensure they have the tools, processes, and capabilities needed to execute marketing, track effectiveness of campaigns, and project manage
- Project manage tenant engagement marketing launches and other key initiatives
- Use automation to solve business problems, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes/systems, and optimize workflows to increase marketing productivity
- Build out reporting and dashboards to properly measure multi-channel marketing strategies across lifecycle to measure effectiveness
- Oversee and reconcile marketing/team budget
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 3+ years of experience in B2C or high volume B2B marketing operations
- Solid track record architecting solutions across various marketing systems
- Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to hit deadlines on complex projects
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills; capable of building relationships across the organization
- Exceptional analytical skills, i.e. ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights
- Attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, and project management skills
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to thoughtful problem solving
- Have a deep understanding of email systems like Braze or iterable and can make recommendations for the right marketing communications system in future
