We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join our Global Marketing Team. If you're a tech, process, and data-oriented person, this is your opportunity to make a significant contribution at a growth-stage startup in an emerging space.


The right person will be comfortable in a dynamic team-performance-based environment, operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and thrive in a startup-like culture. This role is all about ensuring our integrated marketing plan delivers against our core critical metrics and providing operational excellence every step of the way. 


This position reports directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing and will partner with key stakeholders, not limited to but including the Marketing Team, Partnerships Team, Business Operations Team, Revenue Leaders, and more.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage technical aspects of critical marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data enrichment tools, ABM tools, and more)
  • Own our ideal customer profile and ensure our marketing and sales teams are targeting the highest priority accounts
  • Work with our marketing team to create forms, reports, landing pages, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns
  • Manage the marketing database to ensure data quality and integrity and partner with business operations to ensure CRM data quality
  • Analyze large datasets to provide insights and actionable items to optimize existing processes and solve complicated business problems
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Provide strategic support and execution of marketing automation campaigns for demand generation segment teams
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management (lead scoring, lead routing), aligned with other go-to-market organizations, such as sales, customer success, product, and more
  • Build, implement, monitor, and improve our email marketing strategy. Own and perform all aspects of email campaigns, from segmentation to strategy, all the way through technical development (partnering with the marketing team on actual content)
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize Marketing Team's performance
  • Present deliverables that will impact business decisions (analysis, process changes, and more) to senior management

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in consulting or marketing operations roles
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Hubspot
  • Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, how campaigns/data are synced, and the field mapping processes
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortability with data, and the ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into an effective business case to take action
  • Team player with excellent communication skills that can build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders from all across the organization
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with performance measurement including evaluating programs, evaluating vendors, and defining and measuring KPIs
  • Excellent forecasting, reporting, communication skills
