Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to join the Hyperscience team! This role will be an integral part of our marketing team and will help carry out demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This individual will report directly to and work closely with our Senior Manager of Demand Generation. 

 

The Marketing Programs Manager will oversee program tactics that contribute to marketing's opportunity, pipeline, and revenue goals. Through cross-functional internal and external team collaboration, the experienced Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for launching innovative programs that help us succeed against our growth model goals. 

 

The successful candidate will be creative, collaborative, data-driven, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Manage integrated business-to-business marketing programs including, but not limited to, email marketing/drip nurtures, webinars/online events, direct mailers, and account-based marketing
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, content, web, operations, design teams, and vendors to execute multi-channel programs to increase conversion from visitors to MQLs
  • Execute on integrated marketing program tactics, including paid search, SEO, remarketing, ABM, online events, email marketing/nurture, direct mail, online advertising, paid social programs, and more
  • Split test performance tracking for email and landing pages to improve the team's understanding of what subject lines, headers, images, copy, and calls-to-action are most effective
  • Work closely with our sales team on campaigns, ABM strategy, and sales enablement to understand our buyer personas, needs, and pain points, while keeping a continuous feedback loop to improve processes and campaigns moving forward
  • Develop segmented nurture campaigns to support SDR efforts as well as drive bottom-of-funnel conversions
  • Measure campaign results to make informed decisions based on what you learn to drive predictable and repeatable success strategies that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Track record of successfully creating and implementing marketing program strategies in B2B SaaS environment
  • Success in planning both engaging and innovative marketing programs that deliver on program goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication and proven team collaboration skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred environment
