Senior Manager of Performance Marketing
Drive strategy and ROI for multiple direct revenue-driving channels including day-to-day responsibility for Search (Google/Bing) and programmatic Display/Video. Other channels including but not limited may be added in the future depending on capacity and experience (e.g., Social, SEO, Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Audio (podcasts, terrestrial, SiriusXM), direct mail and affiliates. Mix may be adjusted depending on experience
Work cross-functionally with the performance and content teams to drive performance from organic and paid channels, including landing page and creative optimization
Create transparency into results: responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis
Work closely with 3rd party partners, including direct day-to-day contact with representatives from Google amongst others
Identify and launch new media/ marketing partners
Requirements and personality
5+ years of digital marketing experience
2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with Google
Experience with additional performance channels previously mentioned and ability to learn new channels quickly
Performance marketing scale-up experience - $250K+ as minimum monthly spend
Experience of work with consumers (B2C, C2C)
Experience working in Marketplace environments a plus
Must bring a data-driven approach with a creative mind
Ideal candidate embraces true end-to-end channel ownership and a deep passion for winning
Note: the company is split between the New York, Salt Lake and Tel Aviv so ability to be flexible with meeting times is a must
