As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be focused on scaling and improving the marketing functions for a fast-growing, global B2B organization. Amongst other things, you will be directly responsible for Strategic marketing planning, reporting and performance management, systems and process automation, and lead management. An ideal candidate will demonstrate that he/she is a systematic and analytical thinker with a critical mindset. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for technology and a proven ability to build out processes and models that can help track performance and influence strategic decision making.
What You'll Do
- Use your strategic, analytical, agile, digital skills to help us achieve our full-funnel marketing and business goals
- Identify trends and insights, and help optimise spend and performance based on these insights
- Work crossfuntionally with marketing/sales/product leaders and day-to-day stakeholders to drive new strategies and initiatives
- Develop and improve methods for measuring the impact of Marketing initiatives and campaigns
What You Have
- 2-5 years of business experience
- Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the needs of different audiences while maintaining the capacity to prioritize between short-term demands and long-term needs
- Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making.
- Capacity to present complex information and ideas to non-analytical stakeholders
- A strong desire for working in a start-up environment, contributing to developing business infrastructure and aggressively scaling a high growth business
- strong teamwork skills and who values other views while earning stakeholder confidence quickly
Bonus Points
- Proficiency with SQL and/or with languages of statistical analysis (i.e. R, Python)
- Experience with Tableau
