Your Impact on our Mission
We’re building a world class Marketing team at Zocdoc, and we’re seeking an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Associate to join our Provider Acquisition team and help us recruit more doctors across the US. This role is both about operational details (making sure projects stay on track, on time, and running smoothly) as well as owning specific projects or channels autonomously as we rapidly grow our program. It’s also a great opportunity for someone looking to be hands-on in the process of building, testing and optimizing new marketing approaches.

Your day to day is...
- Assisting in coming up with new marketing programs and better mousetraps to attract doctors to Zocdoc
- Taking on ownership of your own channels and programs as they mature
- Interacting independently with senior stakeholders in Sales/Product/Data, as well as own vendor relationships and workflows
- Coordinating the roll out of these campaigns from ideation through execution, tracking an analysis
- Managing all marketing deliverables - setting timelines and subtasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring final assets meet requirements
- Collaborating on cross-functional projects with partners in design, sales, digital marketing, data, etc.
- Making us more efficient! Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to our processes to help us build better, faster
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, consulting or a related field (experience with B2B marketing or healthcare industry a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once in an ever-changing environment
- A Bachelor's degree
Benefits:
- Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is currently $102,000 - $123,250 for NYC positions only. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. The base salary amount offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible for variable pay and equity. This salary range may differ in other states.

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
