The Role:

Our Total Excellence group is an expanding team within marketing that works to support our strategic program launches and ensures we maximize partner value at every step of the partnership lifecycle. Our primary goal is to drive new users (employees) by rolling out DailyPay seamlessly through our employer partners and through comprehensive and ongoing engagement plans.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Launch Strategist who can jump right in to help us level-up our go-to-market strategies for new program launches and re-launches to ensure each program reaches its target adoption metrics.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Responsible for conducting discovery of employer partner communication channels 
  • Align with Sales, Partnership Managers, and Growth to define and execute a program launch strategy that drives maximum internal awareness & understanding of DailyPay’s core offering
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation and make recommendations for how to apply key learnings and insights
  • Help build and adapt the go-to-market launch playbooks to fit the unique needs and characteristics of DailyPay’s employer partners
  • Create and present custom launch plans to employer partners and collaborate with key partner stakeholders and decision makers  to ensure success
  • Work with our in-house creative team on designing new assets that are compliant, on-brand, and fit the needs of our partners
  • Responsible for managing, cataloguing, and merchandising all final marketing assets
  • Distill insights from each launch through reporting & analysis in order to optimize and constantly move the line with  every launch strategy
  • Validate  the effectiveness and implementation of all marketing initiatives and experiments

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or another related field of study
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Comfortable building powerpoint presentations and speaking in front of clients
  • Great project manager and extremely organized
  • A solid understanding of customer journeys
  • Unapologetically inquisitive with a knack for thinking outside of the box
  • Highly analytical and data driven 
  • See the circle: you have a strong grasp of the marketing mix and know when to get the right people involved
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as needed
  • Results-driven and growth oriented
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required

Bonus Points if: 

  • You have B2B2C marketing experience
  • You have experience working with HR and benefits teams or have even launched a benefit program before
  • You have event marketing, email marketing, direct mail, and UX experience
