We are looking for a Marketing dynamo, with tons of energy and a go-get-em attitude. Our lean and mean marketing team needs a jack of all trades to fill this critical role. Our marketing team is growing and looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our team. We are a creative, team first group who loves to collaborate within our own team and throughout sales and engineering teams.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to grow our customer base and directly impact the growth of the pipeline through digital, direct response, and account-based marketing programs. You’ll help us establish new channels for driving demand and increasing marketing qualified leads, create traction with go-to-market approaches, report on key metrics, and drive strategy through the optimization and analysis of email, paid social, SEM, content marketing, events & conferences, direct marketing programs, and more. This role is a highly visible, hands-on, and metrics oriented position that requires a high degree of excellence in both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to generate large volumes of quality marketing leads (MQLs) that grow our customer base 
  • Partner with our Sales Team to create and scale a demand gen strategy that incorporates account based marketing outreach to top prospects and customers 
  • Develop a deep understanding of key audience segments and map content and marketing collateral to their buyer journey and sales buying stages
  • Create and build out Pardot drip and nurture campaigns, assets, and workflows that generate net new leads and nurture database contacts to pipeline
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to produce content to support demand gen and sales efforts and manage content generation as needed (i.e. case studies, whitepapers)
  • Partner with Sales to drive activations at industry conferences and events
  • Test and recommend new channels, acquisition approaches, and A/B tests 
  • Create and manage all paid digital programs from strategy to execution, including search, social, display, retargeting, syndication, and more
  • Develop and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success and analyze performance data to prove ROI
  • Develop a quarterly plan to manage and allocate budget, establish a spending strategy and cost per lead, first meeting metrics
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize campaigns: Salesforce tracking, engagement/lead tracking and direct sales opportunity creation

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation marketing experience, including lead acquisition and executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing demand generation programs that drive growth
  • Take a data-driven approach to customizing marketing assets and optimizing campaigns, website, and landing page conversion paths
  • Experience working closely with leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools - preferably Pardot and Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Extremely organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
  • Bonus points for experience working with B2B clients in retail, CPG, manufacturing, and food & beverage

Transfix's NYC HQ is steps from the Oculus and Fulton Center, with access to subway train lines. We are close to tons of restaurants, shops. We are on the top floor so have wonderful light and breathtaking views, including a spectacular view of One World Trade from our outdoor rooftop deck!
