About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible for a variety of acquisition marketing efforts across channels for our clients within our CaaStle vertical.  This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.

What you'll do: 

  • Partner with retail client(s) to achieve objectives and grow new subscription
  • Lead the strategy, process and execution of a variety of acquisition efforts including but are not limited to performance, affiliate and search
  • Develop and iterate channel mix and spend allocation plan for client(s)
  • Continuously optimize acquisition strategies to increase performance including A/B testing of message, content, images, offers, landing pages, audiences, and more
  • Lead creative development of campaigns, ensuring retail brand essence and identity are transparent and messaging is consistent
  • Partner with creative, operations and product teams to create compelling and effective acquisition efforts
  • Use data to inform decision-making and make recommendations, improving our ability to meet client objectives and internal targets
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and written
  • Partner and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve objectives
  • Keep up with industry trends and implement solutions to enhance acquisition efforts

We'd love for you to have:

  • Experience:  5+ years of hands-on B2C marketing experience required, performance marketing a plus
  • Education:  BA/BS degree required
  • Successful track-record developing digital marketing plans, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholder groups or external clients
  • Understanding of CRM and how to measure and manage programs
  • Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multi-variate tests. Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment.
  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly product development. This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture
  • Highly motivated and high level of initiative
  • Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives
  • Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Interest in style a plus
