About You

  • Startup mindset: willingness to work hard, desire to learn, ability to pick up new tasks quickly and confidently, willingness to step up and self-manage with guidance
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing, brand and demand generation strategy with experience ideally in a Financial Technology (Fintech) firm
  • Excellent creativity and confidence to share new ideas cross-functionally
  • Engaging communication, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong multitasker who can thrive working in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for improving digital financial services and the identity landscape
  • Desire to work with a small but growing team

Responsibilities Include

  • Craft our brand differentiation strategy by analyzing customer behavior and conducting competitive research to define our company’s positioning
  • Guide our in house creative team and hired agency about marketing projects they’ll be working on (ex: promotional campaigns for Alloy products or services, website, advertising banners, etc.)
  • Develop, socialize and execute the go-to-market, brand and demand generation strategy plan to drive revenue generation, including demand generation campaigns to deliver qualified leads to sales
  • Plan, implement and measure account, product, and events marketing programs covering customer and prospect communications identifying new opportunities or anticipated challenges
  • Partner with and support Sales through the delivery of high impact events, seminars, user group meetings, trade shows, conferences and webinar programs ensuring agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions or emerging opportunities
  • Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
  • Launch and execute all marketing plans, campaigns, written content, and collateral across all PR and social media (twitter, facebook, etc.) channels
