The Role

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing operations function.   You will be responsible for building our marketing tech stack, tracking funnel, brand and experience metrics, and delivering insights to cross functional teams and leadership.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Help to implement global marketing strategy, including proper tech stack selection, processes design, and metrics.
  • Create a collaborative marketing automation framework for the sales development, marketing ops, marketing teams to create a scalable lead flow process.
  • Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness, campaign ROI, and other marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement AB testing to improve demand generation initiatives.
  • Formalize marketing data acquisition, data quality, account segmentation, nurture workflow qualification, manage lead scoring methods, etc.
  • Work with Marketing leadership to develop best-in-class campaign strategy and execution that supports Marketing’s performance goals
  • Partner with marketers to assist in building and running campaigns (email nurtures, events, webinars, demand gen, client communication, etc.)
  • Leveraging processes and tools, manage and grow the Marketing database, including tracking, integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation approach
  • Own the marketing technology stack. Partner with IT to identify, implement, run, and enable marketers with tools & technology
  • Optimize lead scoring methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Experience leading and building out a global team
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology: Marketing Cloud, SFDC, marketing automation, CMS, ABM, email tools, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including search engine optimization, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, building marketing KPI, comfortable with data, and managing regular reporting
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; track record of challenging the status quo and demonstrating a passion for breakthrough ideas
  • Experience working closely with senior executives to tackle challenging business problems
  • Ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership

Location

Our office was right in the center of Grand Central and very close to Bryant Park. But now we are operating fully remote!
