Joining Collibra’s Marketing Operations team:

Collibra is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join the growing Marketing Operations team. This role will lead the effective management of process and technology for the global marketing organization. You will be accountable for maintaining and improving a sophisticated project management process and corresponding systems across all marketing channels. 

Senior Marketing Operations Specialists at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Project management of marketing activities, including managing project intake briefs, ensuring assets are finalized (emails, landing pages, etc.), and hosting debrief sessions with marketers.
  • Streamlining campaign production by developing reusable project templates, managing planning and production processes, and enabling colleagues to successfully utilize all processes.
  • Proactively identifying areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them.
  • Supporting the creation, documentation, and adoption of new business processes and technology, and aid or lead in the deployment and training of the marketing organization.
  • Provides ad-hoc support, training, and cultivation of growth through knowledge sharing, best practices for Martech tools, SME and Product Owners for selection of Martech.

You Have:

  • Experience building assets in Marketo or other marketing automation tools, including email, landing page, programs, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Workfront, Trello, Monday, Basecamp,, etc.
  • Ability to work with campaign managers and sales to identify, troubleshoot and remediate any marketing automation and martech issues
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Marketing Operations, Senior Marketing Operations Specialist's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will get up-to-speed on our work management system, including a full understanding of the campaign intake process, scheduling routines, and delivery cadences for marketing work.
  • Within your third month, you will be contributing to marketing automation and salesforce automation content creation and leading the documentation of best practices for work management.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be accountable for the execution of continuous improvement in our work management system and steadily contributing to advanced use case work in marketing automation and other martech applications.
