We are looking for analytical leaders and digital marketing experts to grow our campaigns.  

About the role:

We are looking for a data-savvy app marketer to join the Performance Marketing team. If you are skilled at interrogating data to uncover the drivers of performance, then this is a great opportunity to join our consumer marketing team and help drive our critical initiatives. The Senior Mobile App Marketing Manager will work alongside our Director of Mobile App Marketing as well as our Product team to drive strategy and planning for increased acquisition, adoption, and engagement of the Angi mobile app.

What you’ll do:

  • Scale the Angi app user base via Paid downloads, App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts, and collaboration with Product to drive Owned downloads
  • Own the strategic key performance indicators within paid app marketing including identifying performance drivers
  • Help forecast performance metrics and targets on a monthly basis
  • Support the Mobile Marketing and Product teams with campaign analysis and regular updates on core metrics: downloads, monthly active users, and return on ad spend
  • Create a robust test queue and execute on ASO efforts
  • Work closely with ASO agency and Product teams to drive initiatives that improve App Store ranking and app conversion rate
  • Provide the link between consumer app marketing activities and overall business performance, equipping senior leaders with insight into the impact of paid, owned, and organic app initiatives
  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates in various business forums on performance and insights
  • Help prioritize projects for analytics/BI teams that need more in-depth analysis, driving impactful and measurable insights
  • Ensure accuracy of data, working with analytics team to achieve consistency in methodologies and approaches

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of mobile app marketing experience with expertise in app-centric tools such as MMP, deep-linking, push notifications, and digital media optimizations on self-attributing networks
  • Experience with consumer app marketing activities and associated engagement metrics
  • Understand Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework as well as their SKAdNetwork attribution framework and solutioning for IDFA deprecation
  • Experience working with native and hybrid app development
  • Experience with data analysis using multiple tools including advanced excel, Oracle, and Adobe Analytics
  • Able to utilize data to depict a story around performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations
  • Motivated to tackle broad, ambiguous questions by developing hypotheses that can be proved or disproved by data
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify opportunities where additional analysis is required
  • Experience working in Agile sprint environments
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Compensation & Benefits  

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
