Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to accelerate the growth of Refersion through marketing collaborations with affiliate network publishers, ecommerce marketing agencies and technology providers. This role is a key part of Refersion’s growth strategy to raise awareness and drive new growth via Partner Channels.

You’ll join our Marketing team reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and will lead the development and execution of highly-impactful marketing programs and go to market (GTM) strategy to fuel awareness of Refersion and it's platform and solutions to ecommerce customers. This role will advance the adoption and value of each partnership with a focus on the performance marketing (affiliate, influencer etc) needs of ecommerce brands along with growth of customers and overall revenue through lead generation. By working with partners, you'll help educate ecommerce brands on how they can grow their business through partner solutions. You will be responsible for owning strategic partner relationships and leading execution of marketing campaigns, with measurement of key performance indicators that impact the Marketing and Partnerships team and Refersion’s business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan for GTM strategy for new partners and on-going marketing activities with current partners
  • Build deep relationships with counterparts at our partner companies and develop a deep and strategic understanding of how we benefit their business, and their programs and channels.
  • Manage the relationship with partner team counterparts across our partner ecosystem to develop co-marketing opportunities and uncover new places for Refersion to be highlighted by partners
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to increase lead generation via partners and educate customers on the benefits of integrating and utilizing partners with Refersion
  • Develop a demonstrable understanding of the ecommerce and affiliate partner ecosystem and how partnerships can impact and increase growth of the Refersion business
  • Support internal teams in the following ways:
    • Partnerships: You will work with Partner Managers to uncover partners, onboard new partners on Refersion and implement go-to-market strategies. This includes how to sell the Refersion solutions for affiliate marketing programs, competitive differentiation, and value-add positioning of Refersion with Partner solutions.
    • Marketing: You will run marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, virtual events, trade shows, paid media, and gifting.
    • Product Marketing: Collaborate to bring partnerships closer to content and overarching GTM initiatives, such as pricing updates, updated affiliate program solutions, new product launches, and partner announcements
    • Sales & Customer Success: Drive pipeline and deal flow by providing partner use cases, best practices and case study content that these teams can share and discuss with new and existing customers. 
    • Product: Highlighting use-cases for partners to be utilized for Refersion customers and for Refersion to show up in new ways across our partners’ platform and marketing channels

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience managing partner relationships and marketing strategy
  • You are the functional owner with resource and support, but upon facing blockers, you will ideate and implement creative solutions and alternatives on your own
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and building influence
  • Constantly test, iterate, and evolve your approach to achieve better partner engagement, better merchant engagement, and greater ROI on each initiative.
  • You have experience collaborating and executing on events from conferences to intimate dinners.
  • Experience building deep  effective relationships with partners
  • Practical understanding of marketing channels including performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, brand, product marketing, events and more
  • You are a people person and enjoy networking and building lasting relationships
