Senior Partnerships Manager
The Team
The Harry’s US Comms Team leads strategy and campaigns across PR, Organic Social Channels, Partnerships and Experiential. The team conceives and executes brand initiatives to amplify Harry’s purpose in tentpole moments throughout the year and translates the brand's voice into timely, inclusive and engaging stories that resonate across media and culture.
The Role
We are looking for a creatively-driven and results-oriented individual to help us continue to build and define the Harry’s brand in culture. In this role, you will initiate, develop and bring to life compelling partnerships and projects that create unique brand moments, generate buzz and ultimately propel demand for our products. You will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams such as brand, creative, design and e-commerce to ensure alignment within the organization as part of the go-to-market strategy for partnerships and collaborations. Our ideal candidate is steeped in creative culture and deeply knowledgeable about key passion points like design, art, film and music. Ultimately, your work will help us drive awareness and desire for Harry’s and build meaningful relationships with creative leaders and communities.
What you will accomplish
- Focus on brand partnerships, projects and collaborations by developing concepts, supporting cross-functional integration, crafting groundbreaking plans and executing them to the highest standards.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with a variety of partners: key creators; past, present, and future collaborators; friends of the brand; and cultural insiders.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure project alignment from ideation through execution.
- Maintain the Partnerships calendar to align with the rest of the org on key moments throughout the year.
- Work with key agency partners to develop impactful launch strategies in an effort to promote and support product collaborations and partnerships.
- Work with the Brand Team to develop partnerships and collaborations in support of key product launches and brand moments.
- Work with the PR and Social Media Teams to create impactful launch plans and campaigns in support of key partnerships and collaborations in both earned and owned media channels.
- Work with the Creative Team to ideate and identify partnership opportunities and creative concepts that live up to our Not The Same brand platform and the idea of modern craftsmanship.
- Work with the Insights and CX Teams to understand the Harry’s audience and customer and filter this knowledge into developing impactful partnerships and collaborations for the brand.
- Work with the DTC Team to create unique offerings for key calendar moments and customer segments (such as our Core customers).
Who we’re looking for:
- Backed by 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, partnerships and product collaborations.
- Strong understanding of (and ideally experience in) the streetwear, fashion and brand space as it relates to exclusive drops, product launches and buzzworthy collaborations.
- On the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how and when to engage in them while maintaining brand integrity.
- A creative, innovative thinker who not only appreciates creating unique experiences but also understands the steps it takes to build them
- Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is results driven.
- Able to leverage (and build upon) your existing network of peers and partners from across creative, cultural and social communities.
- A people-person who has a track record of forming and maintaining relationships with key partners, insiders and ambassadors.
- Equipped with the skills of running several large and small-scale projects at the same time.
- Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment; able to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Here's who you will work with:
- You will be part of Harry's Integrated Communications team and work hand in hand with a driven team of experienced communications experts that manage PR and Partnerships for the brand.
- Report directly to the Director of Integrated Communications.
- You will work closely with Brand Management, Creative, Digital Design, Insights, and DTC teams to develop an holistic POV of brand partnerships and collaborations, respond to their briefings and help amplify these initiatives across Harry’s owned channels.
- You will develop and nurture relationships with external agencies, ambassadors and platforms (where and when needed).
- Build strong relationships and interact regularly with full Harry’s team.
