Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for our first Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take our demand gen and paid advertising to the next level. You’ll own our paid advertising budget while scaling paid channels and identifying growth opportunities for the go-to-market teams. You will be heavily involved in SEO and website conversion rates, ultimately responsible for pipeline creation. This role reports into the Head of Growth Marketing.

We will measure your success through:

  • SQLs (pipeline)
  • ARR (new bookings) 

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Scale a demand generation machine by researching, testing and managing paid advertising across current and new channels – including SEM, Paid Social, Paid Review, Display etc.
  • Deploy our paid advertising budget, measure impact and report on outcomes – with a strong focus on acquisition, pipeline generation and new bookings 
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to launch integrated multichannel campaigns, driving both lead generation and brand awareness
  • Optimize our online prospect experience, from paid ads to website CRO and beyond, cultivating a disciplined A/B testing framework
  • Collaborate and align with the Sales and Operations teams on all areas related to lead generation, scoring, email touchpoints and handoff
  • Work with our industry and media partners to manage our media buying and campaign execution
  • Stay atop the latest trends across advertising best practices (i.e. bidding methodologies, budget allocation, etc)
  • Incorporate our always-evolving ABM strategy to drive high quality prospects from target accounts
  • Measure and report on campaign results and other testing mechanism to provide suggestions, learnings and insights with cross-functional teams
  • Wear many hats – both across the marketing function and in building ChartHop’s company and culture

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Robust knowledge of SEM, Paid Social, Display, Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing
  • Hands on experience managing large scale digital budgets
  • High growth B2B SaaS experience a plus
  • Familiarity with website analytics and SEO optimization a plus

Salary Range:  $100k-$120k base plus bonus and equity
