Away is seeking a Senior PR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international markets and at least 2-3 years of PR experience either in-house or at an agency. We’re a small (but mighty!) department within a quickly growing team, and this person will have the opportunity to make a sizeable impact and learn valuable PR skills while contributing creatively to our larger goals. This role is based out of our HQ in Noho, NYC.
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll do:
- Work closely with various international agency partners to communicate all company initiatives and product launches, alongside Away’s overall communication strategies.
- Lead PR initiatives from ideation to completion across our international markets.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams at Away to coordinate asset creation, product sample deliveries, etc.
- Cultivate close relationships with journalists and editors to stay on top of trends and storylines that make sense for Away.
- Go above and beyond to help the team in various tasks

- Has an understanding of the European media landscape, along with relevant experience working with international markets—able to keep a pulse on current trends and industry topics
