Description:

The Senior Producer role will help establish the processes that we put in place for the marketing department and will work with the Executive Creative Director to help build out the department over time. The Senior Producer is expected to manage projects from beginning to end. They’re problem solvers who know every detail of any given project and serve as the go-to for both outside vendors and the LearnVest and Northwestern Mutual teams. They’re undaunted by leading large projects and they know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Lead senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
• Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality
• Identify how to deliver the best creative without jeopardizing schedule or budget
• Train Producers and Associate Producers on LearnVest and Northwestern Mutual methodologies and PM skills
• Assist with developing a production structure for the Marketing Department
• Work with product owners to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations
• Develop SOWs

Qualifications:

• PMI Certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Successful track record of managing million-dollar project budgets
• 7+ years’ experience as an interactive producer or directly-related experience
• Experience managing multiple producers and interdisciplinary project teams as large as 15 people
• Experience working with traditional advertising and production
• Experience in digital marketing and product development
• Experience with sports sponsorships is a plus
