What we're looking for:

  • Experienced marketer (5+ years) with deep knowledge and understanding of user lifecycle and CRM marketing
  • A highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
  • Detail-oriented and organized. Someone who is excited to develop structure around something new
  • Entrepreneurial. Someone who will not be afraid to move fast, iterate frequently and drive innovation
  • No task too small mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Ability to write effective on-brand copy
  • High growth startup experience is a plus
  • Post-vaccine, full time work from NYC headquarters


What you will do:

  • Lead B2C retention strategy and execution for millions of candidates
  • Use email and SMS marketing to build successful triggered workflows to drive the retention and engagement of our candidates
  • Own end-to-end campaign/program execution, from conceptualizing and calendaring, to copywriting and building campaigns, to performance reporting and analytics
  • Conduct and ideate ongoing A/B tests to improve overall campaign performance
  • Work closely with Product to devise new product-led retention strategies 
  • This role reports to the Director of Growth
