Our Media Activation team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated direct response media performance to Code3's diverse client base. The team drives superior KPI performance by supporting the development of advanced strategic and tactical recommendations, executing complex ad campaigns, budget maintenance, facilitation of data driven optimizations and reporting campaign performance to our clients. As a Sr. Paid Social Activation Specialist (Buyer) you play a crucial role in campaign development, from utilizing your platform UI expertise for developing structural builds, testing new initiatives, performing key optimizations, to establishing best practices while training and mentoring junior Specialists to service our top clients.

Responsibilities

  • Directly mentor and work alongside 1+ Paid Social Specialists (buyers) to conduct flawless management of campaigns that achieve client performance and business goals
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks and timelines for self and direct reports ensuring they are operating successfully and efficiently
  • Utilize your UI platform experience to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution
  • Manage Quality Assurance (QA) of campaign builds, implementation, tracking and creative deployment to identify and solve issues throughout the campaign
  • Lead campaign budget management to ensure all spending is being properly monitored  and effectively communicate optimization and pacing updates based on historical performance, real-time data and platform best practices
  • Assist in building and delivering weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting inclusive of formatted Excel reports, visualization dashboards and performance insights recommendations that directly correlate to our client’s business 
  • Participate in campaign client briefing and brainstorm meetings to assist in media plan development and successful campaign management
  • Collaborate with Strategy team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy, and proactively recommend testing plans that align with client goals
  • Actively seek out and participate in internal and external career development opportunities (e.g. Webinars, Facebook Blueprint, Media Channel 101 sessions, Excel and presentation skills workshops)

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, business; preferably a degree in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • 2-5 years of Paid Social media execution experience (additional experience and/or knowledge of Digital media, Paid Search, DV360 and programmatic landscape a plus but not mandatory) 
  • Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a MUST. You pivot in your sleep.
  • Experience in working with large datasets
  • Experience utilizing technical digital advertising features such as product catalogs, custom conversions, pixel troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate client and external communication
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is energetic, fiercely driven to succeed, TEAM player
