We’re looking for a motivated, new-school writer who wants to learn about technology, use it, explain it, and improve on it. Your writing will include user documents, GUI strings, admin guides, and technical articles. Your work will help ensure the success of Turbonomic’s 2000+ customers by explaining how they can use our product for workload automation that optimizes performance, lowers cost, and ensures compliance in their on-site or cloud IT environments

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality documentation for the Turbonomic product
• Participate in feature meetings to stay on top of developments and to advocate for the user
• Help improve processes for content creation, delivery, and maintenance
• Own your documentation projects from start to finish, with minimal supervision

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of five years in a technical writing role, working on highly technical subject matter
• Knowledge of IT, virtualization, and cloud computing architectures
• Something to say about topic-based writing, micro-content, and single sourcing
• Passion and motivation to work as a team player who can thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
• Strong skills in problem solving and critical thinking
